Kaitlyn is a sophomore at Central York High School and this is her first year taking Journalism at Central. Kaitlyn likes to read various genres for fun, including nonfictional books about genetics and the immune system. However, Kaitlyn reads novels the most in her free time. Kaitlyn also enjoys writing in her free time, and she typically writes fictional stories. Kaitlyn is part of the Math Honor Society at Central York High School, and her favorite subjects are math and science. Kaitlyn also tutors during flex in the hub one-two days a cycle. Kaitlyn hopes to pursue a career in biomedical science or bioengineering.
