The new movie ‘Red Notice’ recently came out in movie theaters and on Netflix. The movie first came to theaters on November 5 and was shortly after released to Netflix on November 12. ‘Red Notice’ is Netflix’s most expensive movie made coming in at nearly $300 million.

This action-packed movie is written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber and stars Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot. Dwayne Johnson acts as John Hartley who’s an FBI agent who then teams up with an art thief Nolan Booth (Ryan Reynolds) to catch an even greater thief The Bishop (Gal Gadot).

Booth and The Bishop are competing to obtain three ancient gold eggs that were once Cleopatras. Only two eggs have been discovered so the two are on a foot race to find the last egg. Once all three eggs are found they want to sell them to the highest bidder to try and make lots of money. While the heist is happening, Hartley is forced to partner with Booth in order to beat The Bishop.

‘Red Notice’ is good to watch if you’re looking for an adventurous and comedic movie. Some say that the acting wasn’t great and the plot wasn’t very good but I personally thought it was really good.

The actors/actresses were a perfect fit for the movie and Johnson and Reynolds were great partners to show the good and bad side of the plot. It was different to see Johnson not playing a funny role and more in a serious kind of manner.

‘Red Notice’ had very good graphics and the different scenery was amazing. In the end, there’s a very big plot twist that surprised me but in a good way.
