The 65th annual Grammy Awards premiered Feb. 5, 2023 to award some of the best musicians of 2022 and the stylists put on a performance through these celebrity outfits. The event hosted celebrities like Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Harry Styles, Lizzo, Doja Cat,Bad Bunny, Cardi B and many more. 

    One of the most notable was Lizzo wearing a “floral garden fantasy” in a bright ruffled orange robe and matching corset dress. This heavy coat and long train was embroidered with silk handmade flowers with additions of a Swarovski crystal mesh. 

   “It was extravagant and one of the best I’ve seen, I think it was over the top in a good way,” said senior Nora Slaughter. 

    Other people followed the crystal look including Harry Styles who walked the red carpet with a rainbow harlequin pattern jumpsuit bedazzled in Swarovski crystals. He brought huge support for the new brand out of Paris, Egonlab. 

  Some celebrities had a simple but elegant look, Taylor Swift wore a midnight blue sparkly two piece dress by Roberto Cavalli representing her “Midnights” album that was released in 2022. Doja Cat followed similarly with a long black dress from Atelier Versace and metallic makeup.
