Jason Brown is an American figure skater representing the U.S.A in the 2022 Winter Olympics. Brown was born in Los Angeles, Calif. and spent most of his life in Highland Park, Ill. After seeing his sister skate in an ice show at the age of three, Brown knew he wanted to get on the ice. This sparked a love for skating that was encouraged by his community and family. At 27 years old, Brown has competed in the Winter Olympic Games twice (Sochi and Beijing) and took home bronze for the team event for a free skate in 2014. He participated in the US Figure Skating Championships and medaled six times. Other career highlights include placing sixth at the 2017 Grand Prix Final, 2017 Four Continents Championships and 2015 Four Continents Championship. For these games, Brown will be skating men’s singles. Brown’s extensive resume and experience give him an edge in this competition unparalleled to the other competitors.
