2023 women’s march madness final four featured all one, two and three seeds along with some of the biggest names, such as Catlin Clark and Angel Reese. On the other hand the men’s march madness final four didn’t have a three seed or lower, instead it had a nine, two fives and a four. This led to women’s average final four tickets costing 331 dollars, and men’s average tickets costing 234 dollars from SI tickets.

Advancing to the women’s national championship game were the Iowa Hawkeyes and LSU Tigers. Despite Clark putting up 30 it wasn’t enough to propel the Hawkeyes to victory as Reese and the Tigers were too much to handle beating the Hawkeyes 102-85. Two years ago LSU had a losing record, two years later they had two loses and won their first national championship.

Reese was awarded as the tournament’s most outstanding player and also set the women’s NCAA  single-season record for double doubles, and the SEC’s single season record for rebounds.
